“Uncaught ReferenceError: XXX is not defined “ error in Burp

Background:

Testing for XSS Vulnerabilities: Modify the payload and forward requests using Burp suite.

Issue:

Using Burp Broswer to navigate a site, error message "Uncaught ReferenceError: XXX is not defined " is shown in Chrome Devtools Console.

Solution:

Turn off the proxy on Burp Browser while navigating a site.
