Monday, Recieved the interview notification from AMAX, then go to the campany.

Firstly,fill in a form and answer some questions about J2EE related and UML case.

Then a manager took my CV and the answer,we talked about some J2EE technology and other thing interesting in english.

Actually,personally feel that the exam is a little difficult,it seems that software architect would answer those question.

as me,I can't finish those questions. but after that, another manager exam my reflections to the software development,and get know some basic workflow from my experience.

completed the two rounds interviews,I was informed that will reply me in one week.then I went back.

Afternoon of next day,I get a call from AMAX,the caller told that I will recieve the second interview with director,

I can't believe that again an english commercial join exam put on me,It's so hard to understand. and rack my mind to finish those case. as result,only two cases right.

oh My God!find a good job,it's not easy. so now I am waiting for the result.
