例如使用spring boot 2.1.7.RELEASE，而spring cloud 版本为 Hoxton.SR12 会出现如下错误：

原因：spring cloud 的版本高于springboot版本，spring cloud Hoxton.SR12 对应spring boot 2.2.0 RELEASE 到2.4.0.M1版本，而spring boot 1.7.0 RELEASE 版本可以spring cloud Greenwich.SR2 版本。

Hoxton.SR12	"Spring Boot >=2.2.0.RELEASE and <2.4.0.M1"
