authentication with the app store

上传APP的时候总是卡在验证阶段，无法提交，开始以为是网络问题，换了vpn、4g等都没有效果，依然如此...正当濒临崩溃的边缘，我发现了一下命令，亲测好用，发出来供大家参考

打开终端，按步骤执行如下命令：

1. cd ~ 
2. mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/ 
3. "/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"
