Q： Can you sell yourself in two minutes？ Go for it. （你能在两分钟內自我推荐吗？大胆试试吧！）

Good morning, my Chinese name is WangMin and my English name is William.

William is original from ancient German and this name is described as tall, brilliant and professional people.

It is really a great honor to have this opportunity for your interview,
I would like to answer whatever you may raise and i hope i can make a good performance today.
Now i will introduce myself briefly, I am 35 years old. I was born in Anhui province.
I have received my bachelor degree of computer science and technology in 2000.
After graduation, I entered a normal collegue in my hometown as a computer teacher.
Three years later, I went in famous university USTC to study for Master degree of software engineering.
After graduation in Decemenber 2005, I came to Shanghai and joined the company XXX. This is just my current company. 

 

It's the world-class logistics software company. And our Product XXX XXX XXX（XXX）is also the first-class solutions of supply chain management and excution. Now it has many global famous large logistics services provider of customers.

In the past 5 years, With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and diligent in current product I undertake. And also, I'm the one of the major contributors of this product.

Q：Give me a summary of your current job description. (对你目前的工作，能否做个概括的说明。)

A：

(1)I'm responsible for partial architecture design and product development.
(2)Also, I take charge of research of multi software and hardware platform (Sun, IBM servers; Linux, Solaris and AIX etc.; Oracle, Mssql and DB2 etc.) and J2EE middleware (JBoss, Weblogic etc.).
(3) Make regulation of technology and write user guide.
(4) Have rich experience of performance tuning and handling of puzzling question rapidly.

Q：Why did you leave your last job？(你为什么离职呢？)

A：

Well, I am hoping to get an offer of a better position. I feel I have reached the "glass ceiling" in my current job.  I feel there is no opportunity for advancement. Also, XXX is a famous and respectable company, I would like to work with brillian people and work for advanced product.

Q：How do you rate yourself as a professional？(你如何评估自己是位专业人员呢？)

A：

Well, With my strong academic background and work expericence, I am capable and competent.
I am confident that I can work well with other members.

Q：Are you a multi-tasked individual？(你是一位可以同时承担数项工作的人吗？) or
Do you work well under stress or pressure？(你能承受工作上的压力吗?)

A：

Yes, I think so. The trait is needed in my current（or previous) position and I know I can handle it well.

Q：What is your strongest trait(s)？(你个性上最大的特点是什么？)

A：

    strong adaptability and sense of humor
    Cheerfulness and friendliness

Q： How would your friends or colleagues describe you？（你的朋友或同事怎样形容你？）

A：

I feel that learning how to motivate people and to work together as a team will be the major goal of my leadership. And also, I must be the good sample of other people.

Q：How do you normally handle criticism？(你通常如何处理別人的批评？)

Q：How do you handle your conflict with your colleagues in your work? (你如何处理与同事在工作中的意见不和？)

A：

Firstly, I'll listen, then I'll swith to other people's position to think this problem.

If I think this is my fault, I'll change myself. Or else, after cool off, I'll discuss it with him later.

Q： What do you find frustrating in a work situation？(在工作中，什么事令你不高兴？)

A：

Sometimes, the narrow-minded people make me frustrated. (胸襟狭窄的人，有时使我泄气。)

Q：How do you handle your failure？(你怎样对待自己的失敗？)

A：

None of us was born "perfect". I am sure I will be given a second chance to correct my mistake.

I can't bear making same mistakes many times.

    To get a job in my field is most important to me.

     My son's growing and education

A：

     It's so hard to answer now. But I will stay as long as I can continue to learn and to grow in my field.

 

Q：Could you project what you would like to be doing five years from now？(你能预料五年后你会做什么吗？)

A：

    It's so hard to answer now. But I think I'm sure I can do more and do better than now.

 

Q： What range of pay-scale are you interested in？(你喜欢那一种薪水层次标准？)

A：

 

    To be frank and open with you, I like this job, also I must make my family rich and happy.  So, I need salary as more as my ablity.
