Windchill9 表结构：

wtpartdescribelink存储着部件和文档的相关关系，在部件的相关文档里能看到彼此，在

文档的相关部件里能看到彼此。

IDA3A5保存部件的ID号，可以在wtpart 表中以ida2a2的值查找部件

IDA3B5保存文档的ID号，可以在Wtdocument表中以ida2a2的值查找部件

在wtdocumentmaster或者wtpartmaster中可以查到部件/文档的number和name
