解决方案；

1. 查看注册中心的配置文件：bootstrap.properties 与配置中心是否对应正确。

spring.cloud.config.label=master
spring.cloud.config.name=eurekaserver
spring.cloud.config.profile=local
spring.cloud.config.uri=http://localhost:8081/

2. 本地的配置中心工程：application.properties

server.port=8081
spring.cloud.config.server.git.uri=http://git.livecourse.com/cloud/cloud-config.git
spring.cloud.config.server.git.searchPaths=config-depository/cloud-manager,config-depository/cloud-api-gateway,config-depository/eureka-server/local,config-depository/cloud-service
spring.cloud.config.server.git.username=***@126.com
spring.cloud.config.server.git.password=****

3. 1中的spring.cloud.config.profile的值local对应eurekaserver-local.properties中-local的一串字符;

spring.cloud.config.name的值eurekaserver对应eurekaserver-local.properties中-前的一串字符

4. 配置中心文件结构如下：

config-depository --> eureka-server --> local --> eurekaserver-local.properties

引起原因：

配置中心目录漏掉了子目录local
