今天与团队成员交流时发现对方并未真正理解我的想法，尽管他表示已经明白。这让我感到困惑，我认为在解释完自己的想法后，应该让团队成员复述一遍，并且在他们执行任务的过程中及时检查成果，找出预期与实际之间的差距，以便及时修正。
Today i talked with the team member.i found he did not understand my idea indeed.but he said he got what i said that day.i am confused by him.i think after i explain my idea,i should let the team member replay what i said . and i should check the result when the member is doing the job,find the gap between what i want and the result in time,let he improve it without delay.
