Flex Builder cannot locate the required debugger version of Flash Player. You might need to install the debugger version of Flash Player 9 or reinstall Flex Builder.

flex builder 3, SDK 3.2.  默认安装的是flash player debugger 9.而最新的是 player 10 debugger版。如果安装的是10a，也会偶尔提示这个错误。

Download the Windows Flash Player 10 ActiveX control content debugger (for IE) (EXE, 2.03 MB)

 

安装后就可以了。
