safari 4 does not support Embedded stylesheet "charset=UTF-8" well. we lose many font style for it . it resume normally after removing the clause. but it works well when in external css scripts .

somebody said that we may ignore these unuseful browers such as safari .
but a number of foreigners use apple OS. so we have to support it as other browsers in common use.
