本文讲述了在mvn构建过程中遇到的连接maven.org问题，提供了通过设置阿里云等镜像仓库的解决方案，包括修改settings.xml文件，以确保本地项目可以访问中央仓库的替代源。

mvn构建工程时，编译提示如下错误：

1、 Connect to repo.maven.apache.org:443.
2、 Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:jar.
3、 Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:jar.

其原因是无法访问maven.org网站。
解决此问题有三个办法可选，一个是在maven的配置文件中设置代理，二个是直接使用翻墙软件，另一个是在maven的配置文件中设置联通网络下，能够访问的中央仓库的mirrors。在网上搜索了下阿里云提供的镜像可用，还有其他的一一些镜像也一并给出来了，配置方式如下：

1、打开maven配置文件(maven安装目录下的conf目录下的settings.xml文件)
2、搜索mirrors关键字，加入mirror镜像节点
