declare themselves as debuggable in their manifest.

'debuggable' set to TRUE in its manifest and cannot be debugged
解决方法： 在AndroidManifest.xml文件中添加android:debuggable字段，如下所示。
<application android:icon="@drawable/icon"
android:label="@string/app_name"
android:debuggable="true">
