git提交项目出错

今天使用git提交项目时，突然出现一个错误： Another git process seems to be running in this repository, e.g. an editor opened by 'git commit'. Please make sure all processes are terminated then try again. If it still fails, a git process may have crashed in this repository earlier: remove the file manually to continue 。

自己尝试了好几次重新提交还是失败，后台干脆直接重启电脑，依然无效。最后在网上百度之后发现有人遇到过说去项目目录git文件夹下找到index.lock文件删除即可，尝试后果然解决了问题；
