With the popularization of GPS-enabled smartphone, location-aware service is becoming the one of most important killer applications in recent years. 


The GPS device can work fine on highway to guide your driving, but unfortunately, It can not be used indoor because the signal from satellite is too weak to propagate into buildings.  We can not get any help from navigator when we stay in shopping mall or office building. What a pity!


Thanks those scientists and engineers who work on indoor navigation technologies. Because of their effort, we will be able to enjoy indoor navigation in near future. It's very clear that, the indoor navigation will be another killer application of next generation of mobile computation.


This paper introduce some indoor navigation technologies, hopefully it can help you guys to understand the amazing cutting-edge technology.
