本文提供了解决在Visual Studio .NET环境中遇到的WEB项目离线错误的详细步骤。只需退出VS.NET，检查并删除项目目录内的app_offline.htm文件，即可轻松解决问题。

浏览时出现This application is currently offline. To enable the application, remove the app_offline.htm file from the application root directory.错误

退出VS.NET，查看你的WEB项目目录，里面会有一个app_offline.htm文件，把它删除，然后重新启动VS.NET就可以了
