springboot版本切换引发的Unable to start EmbeddedWebApplicationContext due to missing EmbeddedServletContain

背景
springboot有些特性需要在1版本上进行，所以就有将springboot2切换到springboot1的需求。由此引发 Unable to start EmbeddedWebApplicationContext due to missing EmbeddedServletContainerFactory bean的问题。
且错误信息比较笼统，如下：

如何定位出错误信息？
写一个配置类（或用现有配置类），发布一个bean。

@Configuration
public class XxxConfig {
    @Bean
    public EmbeddedServletContainerFactory servletContainer() {
        TomcatEmbeddedServletContainerFactory factory =
                new TomcatEmbeddedServletContainerFactory();
        return factory;
    }
}

再次运行，会将错误信息打印出来。如本次调试出的错误：
