·         Nearly half of the bugs are from design.

·         To find them you have to do the design.

·         Design gives your code added flexibility.

·         Coding is much faster when you design.

·         Implementation is slightly longer, but the quality is far better.

·         Less bugs = less cost.

·         Don’t start coding until you understand exactly what you want to write.
