Call Center Stats for Asterisk - http://www.asternic.biz/

安装后满足了我公司的需求, thank for the author of this software .

From the author of the popular Flash Operator Panel, this package is an easy and powerful tool to analyze your Asterisk PBX queue log files and display real time queue information on a web page.

Comprehensive Reports: The reports display accurate information for your call center activity in nice formated tables with friendly flash graphics. Even more: you have the option to export the reports to pdf and csv (Excel). There are a myriad of metrics available: Service Level Agreement, Abandon Rates, Call Distributions, Agent Activity and a lot more.

Affordable: Asternic Call Center Stats comes in two flavors, a free version with limited capabilities distributed under the GPL v3, and a commercial version with a lot of extra features and reports. Licensing is done per server, there are no per seat licenses, and the full source code is included in both versions.

Real Time View: Both the Lite and Pro version include a realtime tab to see up to the second information on your call queues.

Solid and well tested: The software is used in small SOHO call centers and also on big corporations. We are developing best of breed Asterisk solutions and applications since 2004.

Requirements:On the server

  1. Web server with PHP support.
  2. MySQL database.
  3. Asterisk 1.2, 1.4 or 1.6.
On the client

Client

  1. Web browser with javascript support.
  2. Flash plugin for graphics.
