One of my colleges is an experience guy, he learnt quick and always shared us about his understanding to the new project. At first, we would think that he is great as he always the first guy to understand the architecture and software. After some time we learnt more about the project, we found that his opinion about the project was correct but not deep inside. And also he would not show any more idea about the project. He just completed his assignment.
First he understand and he could be understood by us, while he didn't learn more and think deep inside about it. Also no improvement was made by him.
We should learn more, and never stick around.
