[maven]设置maven的镜像仓库和全局编译器

目的:

设置maven的镜像仓库为阿里云,设置全局JDK编译器插件为1.8.

步骤:

修改maven根目录/conf/setting.xml文件:

增加一个< mirror>标签和< prifile>标签即可完成配置.
