错误原因：没有加载到数据源 , 配置文件没有被扫描到

我的解决办法是在启动类注解增加 @ComponentScan(basePackages = “com.*”)

@ComponentScan(basePackages = "com.*")
@SpringBootApplication
public class ServerSmsApplication {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        SpringApplication.run(ServerSmsApplication.class, args);
    }

}
