flutter 安装 for linux and windows

报错 Error: The Flutter directory is not a clone of the GitHub project. The flutter tool requires 。

原因：flutter 根目录里没有.git的文件 或者 设置环境变量时路径没有写对

解决办法：查看项目根目录下有没有.git文件，如果没有重新git clone，如果有，在设置环境变量时一定要写全，从系统的根目录一直到项目。
