2343对数放大器可兼容MAX4003

2343 是一款对数检波放大器芯片,主要用于接收信号强度指示(RSSI),内部使用 AC 耦合,工作频率范围是 0.05GHz~4.0GHz,动态范围随信号频率不同,可达35dB 到 45dB。
2343 是电压响应器件,0.05GHz~2.5GHz 频率范围工作时,典型的输入信号范围均方根值为1.25mV~224mV或-45dBm~0dBm@50Ω。
