1.项目用到的包：

包下载地址：https://download.youkuaiyun.com/download/wwt819635881/11078574

2.新建一个名为StrutsExample的web工程，点击next，到这个页面记得在web.xml打钩。

3.把包导入到WebContent中的lib文件夹，记得右键这些jar包 add to build path(这是环境)

4.在java resource下创建action包和struts.xml

5.在WebContent中分别创建index.jsp和hello.jsp

9.配置web.xml

10.编写doAction.java

11.书写struts.xml
