Microsoft 365 - User在手机上无法配置outlook app的解决方案

新join到公司的user report，在手机上使用公司account setup Outlook app时候收到下面alert。

“Your admin wants the apps on this device to me managed with the account XXX. The app account you are using XXX will be removed. To access your organization's data with the account XXX you must un-enroll your device from the Company Portal.”

此alert提示user之前公司account仍然check当前手机，但是user前公司account已经delete。

针对这个问题可以通过下面方式解决：

1. 打开user phone Settings-> 选择 General -> 点击 VPN & Device Management

2. 找到前公司的device management profile，并进行delete

3. 重新login Outlook app，删除弹出的前公司account

4. 重新配置当前公司account，可以配置成功，问题解决
