Microsoft 365 - 如何关闭创建的Microsoft personal account?

在使用Microsoft 365时，一般情况下都是用Microsoft的work account登录。有个user在管理他work account的时候，同时使用这个account创建了Microsoft的personal account。但是公司不允许使用personal account，需要remove这个personal account。

那么如何对这个Microsoft personal account进行close呢？具体可以通过下面方法。

1. 使用Microsoft personal account登录Close account link： Sign in to your Microsoft account

2. check页面中显示的Microsoft personal account，并点击Next button

3. 选择checkbox并acknowledge每一项

4. 选择reopen window set to 30-60 days

5. 在下拉列表中选择一个reason，并点击Mark account for closure

6. 完成后，对每个打开的Microsoft app做sign out action，并在Windows credentials中remove相关account credentials
