Microsoft 365 - 介绍如何将Report中显示匿名user name调整成真实user name

在管理Microsoft 365 reports时候会发现 user name都被替换成一串不可读的字符替换掉了。

这个是微软默认的设置，by default所有report都会以匿名user name显示在report里。

但是因为需要Legal check，需要知道具体的user name。对于这一需求可以通过下面方式处理：

1. 使用global admin登录Microsoft 365 admin center

2. 到Settings -> Org settings -> Services tab，选择Reports

3. 在弹出的设置页面，uncheck Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports选项，点击Save button
