idea 启动spingboot 配置问题

背景

要人命啊！新拉项目下来时idea 启动spingboot 出现报错如下
Error running Unnamed. Command line is too long. Shorten the command line via JAR manifest or via a classpath file and rerun

本来这只是一个小问题，在“Configuration”选项卡下找到“Shorten command line”选项，从下拉菜单中选择“classpath file”改一下配置就好了，但是我那神奇的 idea 没有Configuration选项卡。

在网上找了老半天发现，好像就我的显示怎么独特，所以特意记录一下
