Maintext中思考

       这个月中旬开始和judy一起topic，自己的topic之路有拉开新的帷幕，这里很感谢Judy在一起的交流，让自己对英语更加的喜爱。不过神奇的是，我从topic中感受最大的不仅仅是英语表达，更多的是对生活的认识。

what I learn from this

• Plateaus
  

The process that we learn just like this line，when we learn something new we will learn fast and more because we know nothing firstly. Then we think we learn slowly ，i think this is plateus. i think we don’t learn slowly ，we will think more in this term. this is the process of learning plateus and improving sudenly.
从中自己意识到，学习过程是一个不断反复的过程，我们会遇到瓶颈期，这个时候我们更应该充满激情的对待这个阶段，同时明白我们也可以收获很多从平缓期中，只要我们更多的总结，更多的思考。

• Search for Meaning

it is important for us to find the meaning when we start. this meaning not just about ourselves it should about others just like what can i do to help others and to help the company. this meaning we do things better and for a long time we don’t tired. Just like the maintext of Be a champion and tribes. we should have love from the heart and help more people when they happy we will be more happy.

我们做一件事情之前，这个意义可以决定我们坚持多长时间，或许我们开始找到的不是true meaning ，不过我们仍可以继续找和调整自己。让自己开心的学习，不断进步，从小我不断的上升到大我。

• No failure and break the rules

the failure will be what we think about it. when we fail instead of sad and frustrated ，we should learn from the mistake and next time we can do it better. we also learn wrong way that can’t successed. At the same time we should break the rules using our creative to do something different .

我们在这里成长，就是不断犯错，不断的试错，同时这些不能将我们打败，我们从每一次的错误中不断的吸取下一次不犯相同的错误，同时乐观面对，我们只是发现了一个通往成功路上的一条错误的小道，我们知道了下次不走这里就好了。同时不能墨守成规，发挥自己的想象力培养创造力。
