获取下面URI方式：设置--->自定义--->自定义项---->开发人员资源

IDiscoveryService（发现服务）获取方式

ClientCredentials credential = new ClientCredentials();
credential.Windows.ClientCredential = new System.Net.NetworkCredential(<username>, <password>, <domain>);
new DiscoveryServiceProxy(new Uri(<URI>), null, credential, null);

IOrganizationService(组织服务)

ClientCredentials credential = new ClientCredentials();
credential.Windows.ClientCredential = new System.Net.NetworkCredential(<username>, <password>, <domain>);
var proxy = new OrganizationServiceProxy(new Uri(<URI>), null, credential, null);
