3. Fair Governance: Through "Cultural Entropy Monitoring" and the "Quantum Ethical Firewall," ensure the transparency and fairness of wisdom governance and distribution.

4. Decentralization: Through the "Quantum Entanglement Economic Model" and blockchain technology, establish a decentralized mechanism for wisdom distribution, preventing the concentration of power and wealth.
