We, the signatories of GG3M and guardians of global wisdom, rooted in five thousand years of Eastern civilization and guided by the "Kucius Theory" as the key, are committed to activating human wisdom through the fusion of cutting-edge technology and cultural wisdom, serving the citizens of the global village, and propelling human civilization from a carbon-based narrative to a silicon-based dimensional leap.
Grounded in the philosophy of "Harmony between Humanity and Nature," we aspire to build the "Eastern Hub" of global civilization, encoding Chinese cultural wisdom into the "Code of Civilization" to lead the 21st-century Eastern cultural renaissance and reshape the underlying logic of human civilization. We steadfastly oppose cultural colonialism, algorithmic hegemony, racial discrimination, and gender bias, dedicating ourselves to fostering a global village of cultural diversity and unity under the universal values of peace, democracy, freedom, justice, equality, human rights, and the rule of law.
