社区新晋 PMC & Committer

Apache ShardingSphere 社区本月迎来了一位新 PMC 成员端正强（strongduanmu），Committer 成员马称（mabaiwan）、张俊杰（JiekerTime）。在 Apache ShardingSphere 项目中，端正强主要负责 ShardingSphere 内核模块的研发；马称主要负责 ShardingSphere-Proxy 模块的研发及代码格式优化；张俊杰主要负责集成测试框架及 DistSQL 文档优化。
