MySQL 8.0添加表字段后异常崩溃重启

数据库版本：Server version: 8.0.36 MySQL Community Server - GPL

故障现象

项目组在当天晚上对表执行变更，新增了新的字段：

alter table t_custin_info add is_candidate_combination varchar(3) null comment '是否备选组合,1是,0否' after vc_operation_type;

随后访问该表时，MySQL数据库崩溃重启。
