Over such a long time, I have decided to written a serious of articles which name is Breaking The Secretes.

Honestly, originally I planned to name it as Breaking The Windows Secretes, but finally I found there is something which has no replationship with Windows like disasssembly, and how disassemly works.

Of course there are other topics which are talking about Windows Undocumented Secretes like: SEH, PE File Format, Buffer OverFlow, Heap OverFlow.

Though these topics are very old now, many greate engineers like Matt Pietrek has wrriten many wonderful articles about some of them, furthuremore, what I am talking about is somehow based on some topics like Under The Hood. So why Breaking The Secretes exists? Trust me, "Breaking The Secret" is doing furthurmore detail research about these topics.

Who do I aim to?

This time I'm aiming to the people who has famiar with Win32SDK but still don't find their way to the windows system programming, and who are really intersted in how everything works under the hood.

In the next coming articles, I will use a powerful debug tools which is Windebug to see the secrete with windows. I have no time to discussing Windebug, if you have any questions about Windebug, ask John Robbins. If you have never heard of him, trust me, you should try everything you could to find his book: Debugging Application For Microsoft Windows And .NET.

Why don't you write your article in Chinese?

What do you think a programmer who can not read English Article? I never think that will make you a senior programmer. Correct, Breaking The Secrete is not aiming to the people who do not work as hard as to learn English well so that you can understand new technical from famour topics like Under The Hood or BugLayers.
