由于学习需求,需要安装cafe及pycaffe,安装过程出现各种问题,网上的教程参差不齐,没有一篇完全能解决我遇到的问题,这里分享一个本人安装的安装教程。
首先确保自己已经安装好了CUDA、cuDNN、opencv,我装的是CUDA8.0、opencv3.2

安照这篇教程安装完CUDA及opencv,接下来安装Caffe
一、安装依赖包
sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev
sudo apt-get install libopenblas-dev liblapack-dev libatlas-base-dev
sudo apt-get install libgflags-dev libgoogle-glog-dev liblmdb-dev
二、 下载https://github.com/BVLC/caffe 官方的caffe安装包
git clone https://github.com/bvlc/caffe.git
下载好之后,
cd caffe
cp Makefile.config.example Makefile.config
三、编辑Makefile.config
sudo gedit Makefile.config
这里划一下重点,需要根据自己的配置修改里面的参数
1.将#USE_CUDNN := 1 改为 USE_CUDNN := 1
2.将#OPENCV_VERSION := 3 改为 OPENCV_VERSION := 3
3.将CUDA_DIR := /usr/local/cuda 改为 CUDA_DIR := /usr/local/cuda-8.0,总之就是改成你的cuda文件夹名字
4.删掉
-gencode arch=compute_20,code=sm_20 \
-gencode arch=compute_20,code=sm_21 \
5. 注释掉默认的pyton2.7路径
# PYTHON_INCLUDE := /usr/include/python2.7 \
# /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/numpy/core/include
6.开启python3.5接口
PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python3 python3.5m
PYTHON_INCLUDE := /usr/include/python3.5m \
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/numpy/core/include
这里插一句,为了避免出现cannot find -lboost_python3的编译问题,需要运行以下命令
sudo ln -s libboost_python-py35.so libboost_python3.so
尤其注意numpy/core/include的路径,我的是/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/,不是默认的/usr/lib/python3.5/dist-packages/,自行修改
7.替换
INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib
为
INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial
8. #WITH_PYTHON_LAYER := 1.改为WITH_PYTHON_LAYER := 1.
四、修改Makefile
1.
NVCCFLAGS +=-ccbin=$(CXX) -Xcompiler-fPIC $(COMMON_FLAGS)
改为
NVCCFLAGS += -D_FORCE_INLINES -ccbin=$(CXX) -Xcompiler -fPIC $(COMMON_FLAGS)
2. 将
LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m
修改为
LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m hdf5_hl hdf5 opencv_core opencv_imgproc opencv_imgcodecs opencv_highgui
五、编译caffe
make all –j8
编译完,运行
make test –j8
六、 编译pycaffe
sudo pip install -r python/requirements.txt
安装依赖库,安装好之后
make pycaffe -j8
编译完之后,
sudo gedit ~/.bashrc
在末尾添加
export PYTHONPATH=/home/caffe/python:$PYTHONPATH
就是你的caffe的python文件夹绝对路径,自行修改
保存退出,
source ~/.bashrc
至此,pycaffe编译完成
在命令行输入python,import caffe,成功
可以看到,我的GCC版本是5.4.0
建议安装caffe之前将ubuntu的默认GCC升级到5.x,不然编译会出现意想不到的错误
