Nginx出现403 Forbidden的解决办法

原因分析：

出现403 Forbindden 的原因是被禁止访问，根本原因是权限的问题。

解决办法：

在nginx.conf中加入root用户权限：

nginx.conf头部加入一行：

user root; 

然后重启nginx。
