之前用到了python，在安装python工具包的时候，pip命令出现了错误Unknown or unsupported command ‘install’，我已经成功解决这个问题，现在把解决方法发出来希望可以帮到大家。

一.检查python是否成功安装
首先在cmd下运行python，如果显示如下字符说明python安装成功

二.安装python的工具包

  • 安装pip 命令是：pip install pip
    我一开始直接在命令行输入，出现了以下问题Unknown or unsupported command 'install’

    提示不支持命令，搜寻结果后，发现是因为自己的电脑中原来有装loadrunner，导致了系统无法识别到底应该用哪个pip
    同时了解到pip不是在上图的目录中直接中运行，而是在windows的命令行下运行，pip在Python\Scripts目录下，所以应该进入到此目录下，再输入命令

方法一：打开cmd，cd到该目录，然后输入pip install pip即可安装

方法二：如果你本身电脑装了pip.exe,可以直接将其拖动进入cmd中运行，我一开始没有cd到Scripts目录下，而是直接将pip.exe拖到命令行，出现如下错误

然后我跟着警告里的命令运行（蓝色框里的）
python -m pip install --upgrade pip

出现上图说明已经安装成功，可输入pip show pip查看，若出现下图说明成功安装
