依赖要用

<dependency>
   <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
   <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-thymeleaf</artifactId>

而不是

   <groupId>org.thymeleaf</groupId>
   <artifactId>thymeleaf</artifactId>
