【Python】安装IPython和IPthon Notebook

1. 安装相关包

pip install IPython
pip install urllib3 （安装IPython Notebook的依赖）
pip install jupyter （安装IPython Notebook）
pip install numpy
pip install matplotlib
pip install pandas
pip install scipy
pip install scikit-learn

2. cmd命令行执行：ipython，进入

3. cmd命令行执行：ipython notebook， 粘贴最后的网址，在浏览器中打开，进入web交互窗口，最好使用chrome浏览器
