在11.2.0.1 RAC安装后，OC4J与GSD默认处于离线状态。OC4J因DBWLM不可用而离线；GSD则在集群中无9i数据库时默认离线。两者在11g R2 RAC环境中可被忽略。

You can find the status of oc4j and gsd is offline when you installed 11.2.0.1 Rac,like following info.

NAME=ora.oc4j
TYPE=ora.oc4j.type
TARGET=OFFLINE
STATE=OFFLINE

NAME=ora.gsd
TYPE=ora.gsd.type
TARGET=OFFLINE, OFFLINE
STATE=OFFLINE, OFFLINE

Global Services Daemon (GSD)
A component that receives requests from SRVCTL to execute administrative job tasks, such as startup or shutdown. The command is executed locally on each node, and the results are returned to SRVCTL. GSD is installed on the nodes by default. It is only used by oracle 9i rac.

ora.gsd is OFFLINE by default if there is no 9i database in the cluster.

ora.oc4j is OFFLINE in 11.2.0.1 as Database Workload Management(DBWLM) is unavailable.

ora.gsd and ora.oc4j can be ignored in 11gR2 RAC.
