获取点击处的ID 值：

mGraphicLayer:可以是FeatureLayer 和GraphicLayer.
tolerance：容许偏差值，int类型，一般为20 足够

int[] ids = mGraphicsLayer.getGraphicIDs(e.getX(), e.getY(), tolerance);

根据 FeatureTemplate 来创建点：

FeatureTemplate[] templates = mFeatureLayerLift.getTemplates();
Feature feature = mFeatureLayerLift.createFeatureWithTemplate(templates[0], point);
Geometry geometry = feature.getGeometry();
Graphic graphic = new Graphic(geometry, null, null);
mFeatureLayerLift.applyEdits(graphicsNew ,null,null ,null);
