   This morning I must finish the flow figure on the program dattrcol.  Maybe at afternoon we will discuss on the design of this program.
The program is the key part of the public line management.  Its main task is to collect data from lying devices.  However, it also have
another work to do.  That is to response data as the individal request.

  So, if modifing it for the public line system, there are a lot of business have to deal with.  As matter of a fact, after take in the source,
we found that the design on splitting another work thread is so bad and too hard to implement.  There are thread status and the collecting
object's status must be correctly managed.  At once, the main thread must discriminate whether a request type is public or private.
