本文详细记录了我们如何解决SCSbws321设备数据无法被dattrcol程序正确采集的问题。经过多次尝试，最终发现是由于SCSbws321设备本身存在问题导致数据无法正常采集。通过检查SCSbws321的连接状态，迅速定位并解决了问题。

We took a whole morning to study why the dattrcol program can not gather data from the SCS bws321. We tried to add debug log in the source,
and recompiled it, ran it again and again. Finally, we found there were not the identifier of the SCS bws321 in our added debuging logs. That
meant that the device was wrong. We have to check the link line to the SCS, the socket of the line was lost.

After everything is good, the dattrcol program can gather data correctly. It is not worthwhile spending more time to do that in that way. If
we had checked the status on the link of the SCS bws321, it were fast and well.
