在eMule的Hello消息包中存在一种奇怪的现象：'TCPPort'字段与'Taglist'字段中的'Port'标签都携带了用于TCP连接的端口信息，当两者同时出现时，应该如何确定正确的端口？

In the Hello message pack of eMule, there is a strange phenomenon. The Hello pack have a 'TCP Port' field which tell us a incoming
friend's port, default is 4662. However, in 'Tag list' field, there may contain a 'Port' Tag which is also used to carry port.

If they occurred at once, which is right? The problem is the two port also is used to TCP connection.
