解决办法：

在pom.xml中添加以下配置语句。(我使用1.8版本的JDK，编译版本也是1.8),MyEclipse 2019 自带的默认使用11JDK

	<properties>
		<project.build.sourceEncoding>UTF-8</project.build.sourceEncoding>
		<maven.compiler.encoding>UTF-8</maven.compiler.encoding>
 
 		<java.version>1.8</java.version>
		<maven.compiler.source>1.8</maven.compiler.source>
		<maven.compiler.target>1.8</maven.compiler.target>
	</properties>

然后maven update 重新 maven install 解决
