Rome was not be built in a day~
  English is an international language and it is universal.It is useful and important to us, IT people.
For us, our job is coding and designing software.the develop environment is english.Of course, the document usually is english version too. If you want to work in an American company, english is the first step.
  Studing English is rewarding for me. Because, i like english first, and then ,it is a new skill to my future.
   So, when i have time,every night, i will study english.I must be patient and remoseless. though it is hard. whether i can make a new step in 2 years depends on my english level.
Don't be shy,just try~.
