                                     问题：idea下连接mysql数据库抛出异常

报错信息：java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone.You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

报错代码(源头)：

Connection conn = DriverManager.getConnection(url, dbName, dbPassword);

处理方法：

至于GMT和UTC的区别，小老弟们自己百度的看一下。

上述问题报错的原因：是由于mysql数据库驱动版本和系统的时区发生冲突导致的，我的版本是8.0的

解决这个问题除了上述修改url以外，还有一种方法是退到原始的驱动版本，5.1.28之前的就能行。
