(1) retrieve data, if necessary, introduce the database technology to store and process the data
(2) quantitative analysis base on finance engineering, it may at least contain four parts as, various statistics and mathematical manipulation on data, strategy decision, risk control, evaluation of feedback
(3) graphs interface, visualization of data analysis, plot is a important part in statistics
(4) optional function, basic trading interface, to upload the orders to market
above is just the draft of scheme and needs to be enriched with more details
