There are three ways of inserting a style sheet:

Cascading order
When there are more than one style specified for an HTML element, following rules will be applied on the order of them, the number one has the highest priority:
1. Inline style (inside an HTML element)
2. Internal style sheet (in the head section)
3. External style sheet
4. Browser default
So, an inline style (inside an HTML element) has the highest priority.
